You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and OTP codes. You agree to notify fb009 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your Account. fb009 shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
Your fb009 Account is strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise make available your Account or any Account Balance, Bonus, or winnings to any third party. Any attempted transfer is void and may result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of all associated funds.

If a dispute is not resolved through fb009's internal process, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's Player Protection Division or to the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction located in Metro Manila, Philippines. By agreeing to these Terms, you irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
fb009 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time to reflect changes in applicable law, PAGCOR regulatory requirements, Platform features, payment methods, or operational policies. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered Players via the mobile number registered on their Account and will be displayed prominently on the Platform prior to taking effect.
The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page indicates the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the fb009 Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms.
